Evasion Games was a game development studio based in Spain. It was founded in 2012 by three old friends (Xeleh, Fredius and Rafael) with the help of Carlos de Castro. The studio was closed in 2020.
After releasing their first game Vitrun (followed by Vitrun Air, the adaptation for the LeapMotion controller), the studio members faced financial difficulties that prevented the development of another game and the decision to pivot to developing tools was made.
As a result, in 2013 the GameFlow project started. This mold-breaking visual scripting extension for Unity was entirely coded by Xeleh and published (as beta) on the Asset Store in February 2015. Unfortunately the tool went pretty unnoticed during its first year, a setback that caused severe problems to complete its development.
After a major overhaul the final GameFlow v1.0 came in 2018 gaining at last some recognition to the point of being selected to be part of the first Unity Humble Bundle. In the summer of 2019 the tool entered in maintenance mode and was made available for free.
